6 Massachusetts Apple Festivals

Yay for apples! So tasty, so much variety in raw form, so many ways to make yummy treats, and so perfect for snacking on the go! Today I'll be sharing two posts: one on upcoming apple festivals in Massachusetts and a second on a plethora of places you can pick your own apples. The apple festivals start this weekend and continue into November so make note on your calendar! Related, now I'm really hungry for apple pie.

Six Upcoming Apple Festivals in Massachusetts

3. September 19. The Boxford Apple Festival has been a tradition for over 50 years, and features music, lots of apple treats, children's activities, and house tours. (Boxford)

4. October 17 - 18. Applefest at Wachusett Mountain has loads of craft and farmer's market booths, entertainment for the whole family, skyrides up the mountain to take in the beautiful foliage, and lots more. (Princeton)

5. November 7 - 8. At Franklin County CiderDays there are tours, cider tastings (both hard cider and the more kid-friendly type), workshops, and more in venues that span the area. (various, Franklin county)
