Two Actions in Twenty Seconds
It's hard to believe that this time last month I was in Ethiopia with ONE Moms -- the trip still lives so vividly with me (I just dreamed last night that I was headed back to Africa). Many of you asked how you could help -- I hope to circle back soon with a list of ways to help the specific sites we visited while on the ground in Ethiopia. Meanwhile, today, I'm asking you to consider making a difference by taking two actions in twenty seconds. So simple. So easy. So important.
Action #1. Become a ONE Mom. Sign up via this link. You'll receive periodic (totally non-spammy) email alerts about how to take quick yet meaningful actions or participate in more involved ways.
Action #2. Sign this digital petition to support global development programs, such as those that support the fight against HIV/AIDS, childhood diseases, and hunger. Yes, we have battles to wage here at home too (if you're interested I'll be sharing about a great US-based childhood hunger initiative later this week), but global action matters too. The world needs more good mojo and good will. Also, karma is real.
And whether you're already a ONE Moms supporter or on the fence about ONE Moms or global action in general, watch this beautiful video.
