Well, if you're looking to amp up your fitness this summer, it need not cost a thing! Here are 15 free summer fitness programs, mostly in Boston and also a bit beyond. Huge props to these organizations for encouraging activity and fun for free this summer!

1. Get your yoga and zumba on with your kids at kid fitness at Faneuil Hall (Boston)
