Happy Friday -- wow, what an insanely cold week it's been! I braved the elements for a run and during my walking warm-up I truly thought my fingers were going to freeze and fall off inside my gloves. It's times like these where I feel especially grateful to have a roof over my head; I hope you're all staying warm and safe.
