I love your ideas, Christine. Our school just had a fieldtrip to a local farm, where we had a hayride, learned about milk & wheat, and brought home a pumpkin. We also just did a 3 mile walk with the kids this weekend for a PTO fundraising event. The weather was lovely, and the leaves were so pretty. Plus, the kids' cousins had just sent them a wonderful booklet of leaves pressed on paper. How sweet!
