For Vegetarians & Vintage Vixens

boston-vegetarian-food-festival.jpgWhy yes, there are things happening this weekend that don’t relate to Halloween. Two cool picks that piqued my interest? The Boston Vegetarian Food Festival (Saturday & Sunday) will assemble natural food providers, speakers, chefs, and exhibitors offering food samples, demos, learning opportunities, and a children's activity center. And on Sunday, Design Hive is calling all vintage vixens to Cambridge to stock up on vintage clothing, accessories, and home furnishings from local sellers.

Comments

I went to the festival several years ago but got put off when my email suddenly got included in animal activists email list. They were listing names and addresses of people working for companies that perform animal testing. Even encourage people to go to employees homes and give their kids a good scare. The group leader at the time thought that if we terrorize the kids, the parents will forced quit their jobs. What kind of person screams at little kids because of their parent's employment?
