I'm impressed by the long list of magazines which have favorably reviewed their products.
The "find your routine" questionnaire was very helpful. I came up as a 50/50.
This is essential for customers to find the perfect product.

We are entering into the most humid, hot, sultry weather and my long, unruly hair is going to start frizzing and getting out of control like crazy! I keep searching for a shampoo that makes my hair look as good as it did before I turned gray. The texture just makes me unhappy.

I usually just buy what is on sale in terms of hair products. But I think that if I found something that really did help I would be very happy.
