Teleflora’s Modern Mom
I’m honored to be among a handful of moms that Teleflora is featuring in advance of Mother’s Day. Check out the interview – I'm their Modern Mom – and also the other lovely moms they’re featuring. Also, Teleflora kindly offered to send me their Mother’s Day Butterfly Bouquet, but since I’m fortunate to receive flowers regularly from Jon, I thought I’d instead offer the bouquet to one of my awesome readers (enjoy it for yourself or send it to your mom!). To enter to win the bouquet (standard size), simply leave a comment below (by midnight 5/4) about something you’d love to have happen on Mother’s Day this year.
THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED
Congrats to winner Janna!

Mother's Day will be special this year because my daughter has been traveling for an extended period of time and will be home just in time for Mother's Day. I'd love for us to share her awesome traveling experiences over supper.

Ordinarily I dream of a Day of Rest for Mother's Day - a day of staying in bed, watching Lifetime Movies, and maybe getting a pedicure. It's about as likely as winning the Mega Million lottery. I'd settle for an iphone. Ok, ok. How 'bout just some hugs and kisses from my guys (ages 36, 3 and 1)? (and perhaps a nice breakfast in bed...)

My wife and I have vowed to not buy anything new (besides some things like medicine or underwear) or non-local food for a year. That means that I can't buy fresh-cut flowers for her for Mother's Day. But gifts from other people are OK. So it would be great to win these flowers so she could enjoy their beauty while helping save the Earth.

What a wonderful prize. I would love to send this to my Mom if I won.
What I would want most for Mothers Day, is to go out for dinner with my husband, kids and most of all my Mom and Dad. My Mom hasn't been able to go out for dinner for quite sometime now due to health reasons, but I'd really love it if she could. We will be spending the day with her, cooking at my Mom's and Dad's house for them, but it would be nice if we could all go out together.
Thanks so much and please enter me.

I wish that I could spend Mother's Day with all of my kids this year. I am heading across the country to attend my sister's college graduation and only bringing the baby with me. I didn't realize several months back that the Mother's Day and her graduation were going to be held on the same weekend and I am getting sad knowing that I will miss my first Mother's Day with my older kids (ages 11, 9 and 4). This year, Mother's Day and my mother's birthday fall on the same day.
I'd like to do something special to mark the day. Flowers are not in my budget so winning this lovely arrangement would be a treat.

I would love for my mom to have an awesome Mother's Day this year. This year the holiday falls on the anniversary of her father's death, so she is a little sad this holiday, so I hope to cheer her up and plan a nice day for her. Thanks! Would love to have this bouquet sent to her.

What I would love on Mother's Day is to have BOTH my girls with me, plus our 2 Grandkids and their Dad, too. But that won't happen, and I am not sad about that. They are still young and living busy lives. I can certainly understand that. They call, and I appreciate the calls.
