Cool Big Kid Kicks

eleven_josef.jpgLet’s face it. Adorably chic baby goods are easy to find in abundance, but – as I’ve found when shopping for my 4-year-old – stylish offerings tend to be less reliably available for the pre-school to pre-tween set. And that’s why I dig Eleven shoes. Designed specifically for 3-8 year-olds, this collection translates a sporty, chic aesthetic while totally delivering in the comfort department. I especially love the vintage inspired Josef trainers. These cool big kid kicks feature flexible construction, a deliciously comfy, cushioned insole, sturdy rubber soles for great traction, and convenient Velcro closures for easy and independent usage. Your little one no doubt will want to walk, skip, and run many miles in these beautifully constructed shoes.

Want to win a pair of Eleven shoes*? Here’s how:

These shoes look very durable for kids who are active. Just what parents need.

My husband and I were JUST buying shoes for our 4 year old and were talking about how the designs just drop off after 2. We got boring old white and pink trainers.....but I would love to have a pair of those Anya shoes.

    Too cute....

Still glad to see you writing about big kid stuff!

As hard as it is to find sweet stuff for growing girls, it's even harder with boys. I looked forever for 1-piece snap shortalls when he was a toddler (they get snatched up fast--you'd think manufacturers would notice) and now that he's nearly school age, too much of what's marketed at us is violent, macho, or just plain ugly. A harmless firetruck seems to be the best one can hope for, a silly penguin is a find.

    the anya are cute.

My favorite are the little red Alexi shoes! Would love them for my little granddaughter who is turning 2 next week, because they remind me of the shoes that my daughter (her Mommy) wore on her very first day of kindergarten. A timeless, classy style.

I would love the Sofia size 10!

I love the color of the Pixie shoes, they are amazing!!
