Happy Hooping
I used to be a gym and swim rat, but traditional exercise just doesn’t do it for me these days. I need creative movement, and while I used to attribute my inability to hula hoop to stiff hips, I now know better: it’s all physics, and hooping makes for a fun, unexpected workout. I won a sundial watch once hula hooping when I was in college at BU, it was at the convention center. I remember it cost $5 to get in and it was full of companies trying to sell stuff to college students. Thanks for helping me remember that fun memory

I used to love Hoola Hoops; we would play with them in the school basement in public school. Just a few weeks ago I saw them at WalMart and it brought back memories.
