Give the Gift of Diapers

diapercakewalk.gif

You can’t go wrong gifting new parents with diapers. Reader Sharon from Henderson, NV wrote in with this tip on gifting diapers with style: “I just got [a Diaper Cakewalk diaper cake] for my friend's baby shower and it was just too cute! Everyone at the baby shower raved about what a cute idea it was, and most had never seen one before. I got the pink and brown one with the Burt’s Bees products. It smelled great, and my pregnant friend loved it; she got everyone's picture taken with the cake. This is my new go-to baby gift for pregnant friends and family!”

Editor’s Note: Sharon got the Strawberry Mocha 4-Tier Diaper Cake ($89; shown), which includes natural Burt's Bees baby care items, a teddy bear, and approximately 75 size 1-2 disposable diapers. Diaper Cakewalk offers diaper cakes ranging from $35 to $369, including a series of eco-friendly cakes that include Seventh Generation diapers and other environmentally conscious products.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I found a VERY AWESOME site a few weeks ago. I ordered a custom diaper cake from DIAPER CAKES BY BECCA and it has just arrived today and I am so happy with it. Becca, the owner, created a centerpiece for me that is going to steal the show at next weekend's baby shower. I simply loved interacting with her...she was so upbeat and friendly and really great about working with my budget and creating this diaper cake that is perfect for the shower.

A lot of the other diaper cake sites seem to just offer up very specific cakes. Becca created and DESIGNED a cake just for me. She made me feel special and valued....and that is not something I always feel when shopping online.

The cake is.....simply amazing. I doubt the mommy-to-be will even want to take it apart once she takes it home. I am envisioning this cake in my soon-to-be nephew's nursery......forever.

Anyway....I just wanted to share this excitement with my little corner of the world. I really encourage any readers to go check out her online store/gallery. She is amazing and I know you guys will be better off for having her create a centerpiece for any baby showers you might be giving.

Cheers!!

I also ordered a custom diaper cake from DIAPER CAKES BY BECCA and it is awesome :). I love the service that Becca provides and I would strongly suggest looking at her website www.diapercakesbybecca.com! I am always scared to order online and for once I wasn't disappointed when my shipment arrived. She made the cake better than I even described and if u look at get comparison u get more for the money. You definitely rock Becca :]

Cute! I just wrote a post on how to make a diaper cake.
