The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum has held a sense of romance, drama, and intrigue for me ever since high school, during which time we went on a field trip and our humanities teacher shared that he fell in love with his to-be-wife in the famous courtyard, and the unbelievable Gardner musueum theft occurred.

If you have yet to visit this beautiful museum, check out tomorrow’s (Aug. 9) free One Swingin’ Night event. From 5-8 pm kids and adults can enjoy live music (by Latin music group Mango Blue), storytelling, and a musical scavenger hunt. Activities are best suited for kids age 8 and up.
